Submit entries to West Windsor Library: August 25

Entries will be judged by the West
Windsor Arts Council on creativity, usability, and recycled content
Prizes will be awarded at the GroWW Environmental
Education Fair on September 20

Rules:
- Submissions must be recycled art.
- At least 75% of the piece must come from materials which would otherwise be
trash – old bottles, used shoelaces, newspapers, cardboard, old clothes,
magazines, egg cartons, CDs, cans, etc.
- Maximum dimensions: 12 in x 12 in x 24 in (height)
- Quilts may be acceptable in larger sizes, if they can be folded.
- Entries must include a description of the object, the materials and processes
used, and the purpose of the object, if any.
- Entries must be submitted to West Windsor Library
between August 25 and
September 13, during library hours.
- All entries must be picked up from West Windsor
Library between Sunday, September 21 and Tuesday, September 23.

Prizes:
- Entries will be judged on incorporation of recycled materials, creativity, and
usability.
- Entries will be judged by the West Windsor Arts Council.
- The top five entries in each group will be displayed at the GroWW
Environmental Education fair, September 20.
- Two prizes will be awarded in each of the following age groups:
8 – 10 years, 11 – 13 years, and 14 – 17 years
- Prizes will be awarded at the GroWW Environmental Fair.
