Age 9 years or older What happens after the library closes on the night before Halloween? If you are at least 9 (or older), come and find out! Wear your costume and bring a flashlight. The Youth Services librarians will tell really scary stories and serve up some spooky snacks. Registration required. To register, please call the library at 737-2610 or stop by the Reference & Information Desk. Note to Parents: Library policy requires that parents remain in the building while children under 13 are attending programs. You will need to remain in the library during this event. There will be no circulation services available, but there will be board games and snacks in the Children’s Activity Room for parent socializing!! Warning: The library will be dimly lit during this program. Stories will be scary! This program is not suitable for younger siblings or for older children who are afraid of the dark or frightened of ghosts/ supernatural events.
