The Library subscribes to AncestryPlus, a premier genealogy database providing access to census records, passenger lists, military records, the Social Security death index, and much, much more. To use this database, see the reference desk at any one of our branches.
At the Lawrence Headquarters, we have a Jerseyana and a local history collection, including the Trenton Times from 1883, Trenton city directories from 1845, historical County atlases, and other helpful resources.
If you are from out of the area and would like a copy of an obituary, it is best to write us

Lawrenceville, NJ 08648) and include an S.A.S.E. If you do not know when the obituary appeared, we will search three days of the paper. For other inquiries you can use our
