Introduction to Tai Chi

Learn the ancient art of Tai Chi to promote good health and relaxation.

Our new instructor, Jimmie Ocean, has many years of experience in practicing Tai Chi.

No registration necessary.

Every Monday from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.

There will be no Tai Chi on November 9 due to the book sale.
