Always wanted to fly? Wanted to experience
the thrill of flight, the exhilaration of a loop, the excitement of aerial
combat? Now it’s as easy as 1-2-3. And it’s free at your local library.
1.
Open House
Come for an hour to see model airplanes up close, learn what radio controlled
flight is all about, and fly a model on a simulator. If you’re interested, sign
up for ground school.

Ground School
Attend a two-hour class and learn how airplanes fly, how radio control works,
and how to choose an airplane. If you’re excited, schedule a flying lesson.

Field Day
Take a flight with a flight instructor and one of our training airplanes at our
field near Assunpink Lake. If you’re hooked, join the club.

The Mercer County Radio Control Society,
in cooperation with the Mercer County Library System, will provide this training
free of charge for everyone twelve and older. Just drop in to the open house of
