Mercer County Library is now a registered provider of professional development with the NJ Dept. of Education, and certificates for credit hours will be issued to educators who attend these sessions. PLEASE NOTE: Ultimately it is an educator's supervisor who determines if their attendance at any program/workshop will be applicable to their Professional Improvement Plan. Mercer County Library cannot guarantee that the credits will be accepted or be responsible beyond providing the program or workshop. EXAMPLES OF MERCER COUNTY LIBRARY WORKSHOPS & PROGRAMS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE Lawrence Headquarters and selected MCL branches participate in this service by providing classes on using library resources, and programs of interest to local educators. Customized content as well as standard training modules are offered, and Continuing Education Credit Certificates are provided. On-going. CERTIFICATE AS PROOF OF ATTENDANCE WILL BE GIVEN Certificates with our provider ID are issued to the educators after the program/workshop as proof of attendance including number of credit hours and location.
