Digital Television Transition: What You Need to Know Before the Big Switch
7 pm, Thursday, October 2
A representative from Radio Shack will present a seminar on how to prepare for the DTV transition coming in February 2009.

Breast Health: What Every Woman Should Know
1 pm Monday, October 6
A nurse practitioner from Princeton Healthcare will present this program on breast health including a discussion of risk factors for breast cancer, early detection and screening for women of all ages.

Mastering Self Hypnosis Workshops
Part I 1 to 3 pm Saturday, October 11
Part II 1 to 3 pm Saturday, October 25
Lois Brown of the Princeton Center for Hypnosis will conduct a two part workshop on utilizing hypnosis for therapeutic purposes such as smoking cessation, weight control, fears & phobias, panic attacks and public speaking.

Ghosts and the Paranormal
7 to 9 pm Thursday, October 16
Garrett Husveth of Haunted New Jersey will discuss the theory and science behind modern day ghost and paranormal research. Sponsored by the Friends of the Hickory Corner Library.

Introduction to Reiki
10 to 11 am Friday October 24
Michele Engoran of the Center for Relaxation & Healing at Plainsboro will give a lecture and demonstration of this ancient and natural method of hands-on energy healing that involves light no-pressure touch.

Toddler Time
Wednesdays and Thursdays 10:00-11:00 a.m.
Ages 2-3
Join us for some simple stories, songs, and fingerplays followed by a craft.
Space is limited to the first 25 children.

Preschool Time
Wednesdays and Thursday, 11:15 AM -12:15 p.m.
Ages 4-5
Join us for some stories, songs, and fingerplays followed by a craft.
Space is limited to the first 25 children.

Creation Station
Tuesdays and Fridays, 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
All ages, with an adult.
Come by the activity room between 10 and 4 and make an easy craft.

Halloween Party for Preschoolers
Thursday, October 29, 2:30-3:30 p.m.
Registration required

Halloween Party for Toddlers
